WRO Distributes Emergency Aid in Khanke and Ainkawa

In association with MISEROER, WRO reached out to the IDPs of Ainkawa district in Erbil and Khanke camp in Dohuk in 2014.

A total of 4,670 IDPs were aided as a result of the distribution of dignity kits, which consisted

of blankets, jackets, winter clothing for children, and hygiene products for women.

Additionally, 16 focus groups of IDP women from Anikawa district and Khanke Camp were organized to discuss women related issues such as sexual violence, family conflict management, and family relation reinforcement methods.
