Improving access to Gender Based Violence (GBV)services and reducing risks of GBV in Zakho, Dohuk Phase 1 and Phase II

  • 2 GBV mobile teams – covering villages and remote areas of Zakho district
  • Individual and groups PSS
  • Adolescent girls’ program
  • Case management and referrals
  • Recreational activities

  • Safety audits, referral pathways

Program Summary: Provide Specialised protection support to highly vulnerable persons living in camp and non-camp settings to access services and exercise their rights

Program Output 1: Women, girl, boy GBV survivors have access to Psychosocial Support (PSS) and Case Management

Program Output 2: Community Members have acquired improved skills, capacity, and knowledge and are able to better support GBV survivors and mitigate risk of GBV
